Been on the amateur airwaves since mid 80's , currently operate with a FT991A with 2 vertical antenna , 2/70/6 and a multi band for HF.
My partner Paula is very amenable to my hobby as long as I wash the dishes and cook occasionally.
Spend as much time in South Africa as possible as my partner is SA and take my VHF radios with me but when traveling use Hubnet for comms.
Work in central London as a CS but hope to retire back to SA next year.
